Within and outside HRAP are various groupings that relate to focused groups or concerns, such as:
- The Association of Human Resource Managers (AHRM)
- Council of Hotel & Restaurant Educators of the Philippines (COHREP)
- Executive Housekeepers Association of the Philippines (EHAP)
- Hotel & Restaurant Financial Officers of the Philippines, Inc (HARFOPHIL)
- Philippine Bartenders League (PBL)
As a national body, HRAP works closely with the (Hotel Owners Association of the Philippines) and various other regional associations of hotels and restaurants such as:
- The Cagayan de Oro Hotels, Resorts & Restaurants Association (COHARA)
- The Davao Tourism Association (DATA)
- The Hotel & Restaurant Association of Baguio (HRAB)
- The Hotel & Restaurant Association of Negros Occidental (HRANO)
- The Iloilo Hotels, Resorts and Restaurants Association (IHRRA)
